The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HASC) Resetar Residential Hotel Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open. Pre-applications are being accepted since at least October, 2018, until further notice.According to the HASC, "The Resetar Residential Hotel is an 89 unit supportive and affordable housing project in the heart of downtown Watsonville.
