The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey (HACM) is currently accepting Farm Labor Housing waiting list applications. Waiting lists for a specific bedroom size or property may be closed.Please note: According to the HACM, "One of the requirements for eligibility is that 65% of your income or a minimum of $5725.50 must be from farm labor."The HACM Farm Labor Housing program offers three communities with 2-4 bedroom units. The minimum and maximum number of persons allowed for each bedroom size is available on the application.To apply, download and print the application online here.
