The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least March, 2018, until further notice.There are three ways to apply during the opening period:Open and print the application online here. Select the "English" or "Spanish" link under the "How to Apply" section.Pick up an application at the Housing Authority Application Center, located at 2600 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90057, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm PT.Pick up an application at any Public Housing site.
