This waiting list opened on April 24, 2015, and is open indefinitely.To apply, download and print the pre-application online here.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the following locations during normal office hours:Hanford Management Office, located at 670 S Irwin Street, Hanford, CA 93230.Corcoran Management Office, located at 700 6 1/2 Avenue, Corcoran, CA 93212.Applicants will receive a confirmation number upon submitting the pre-application. It is important to keep that number in a safe, easy to access place.
