The City of Richmond Housing Authority (RHA) Nevin Plaza Public Housing waiting list is currently closed. Applications for Studio, 1, and 2-Bedroom units were last accepted from August 1, 2019, until August 5, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.Richmond, CA is about 20 miles northeast of San Francisco, CA.To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application. Once the pre-application was completed, a confirmation number was issued to certify that the pre-application was received. Applicants must print and retain the confirmation number for their records. RHA states that "no paper applications will be accepted."The public notices states this waiting list had the following preferences: Richmond residents, veterans, foster child/adults and elderly. However, while in contact with the RHA for further information about these preferences, representatives stated that those preferences were not associated with the waiting list.
