The Yuma County Housing Department (YCHD) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.To apply during the opening period, print the paper application and supplemental form available online here. The application is available in English and Spanish.The maximum income limits for each household size are available here.This waiting list has the following preferences: Residency Preference: For families who live, work, or have been hired to work in YCHD’s operational jurisdiction; Yuma County outside Yuma City Limits. Proof in the form of the letter extending the offer of employment will be required.
