This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Warrior, Alabama.The Jefferson County Housing Authority (JCHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for Warrior Apartments from December 11, 2023, until December 12, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.Please note: This opening was for the following communities:Dixi Manor - 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units.Faucett Homes in Trafford - 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units.Northeast Jefferson Villa in Bradford - 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.Chelsea Gardens - 0, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.Warrior Courts - 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units.There were two ways to apply during the opening period:Pick up an application at the JCHA Warrior Office.Print the paper application.Once the paper application was completed, applicants were required to call the JCHA to schedule an appointment to drop off the application at the JCHA (Warrior Office).This waiting list had the following preferences:Catastrophic Involuntary Displacement Applicants with an Adult member enrolled in an employment training program or currently working 30 hours per week or more.
