The Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open.The HABD is accepting applications as of October, 2019, until further notice.Please note: According to the HABD, "Public Housing applicants must be 19 years of age or older, 18 years old and married, or a person that has been relieved of the disability of non-age by court action."There are four ways to apply during the opening period:Print the application available online here.
