About this waiting list
As of July 2017, the Greeenville Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.To apply, visit the GHA office to submit a pre-application in person, located at 601 Beeland St, Greenville, AL 36037, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, bank statements, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying.The GHA does have a preference for: Substandard living conditions, victim of natural disaster, victim of domestic violence.For more information, call the GHA office at (334) 382-6581.
