As of July 2017, the Crossville Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.Please note: The Crossville Housing Authority is managed by the Boaz Housing Authority.To apply: Pick up an application at the CHA office, located at 400 Woodley Terrace, Boaz, AL 35957, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, call the Boaz Housing Authority office to schedule an appointment at (256) 593-5824, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.Preferences have not yet been identified.It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.For more information, visit the Boaz Housing Authority website, or call the office at (256) 593-5824 from 7:30 am until 11:30 am; and 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
