Fayette Hills provides an on-site coin-operated laundry mat, social activities, and a multi-purpose room for residents. Those who qualify pay no more than 30% of their income for rent/utilities,after allowing for medical expenses. This apartment complex contains a multi-purpose room with kitchen, a laundry room, and second floor activity room. Emergency alarms and automatic doors were installed for the security and safety of the tenants. There is a computer with Internet available for tenant use in the second floor activity room and a high speed, wireless network connection for tenants with computers in their apartments. There are several books in the mini library and new magazines are donated every month by the local library. A snack and beverage vending machine has been installed on the property.
