Office Hours: Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm. The apartments are all ground-floor, handicap accessible, 1-bedroom apartments. We do not have set rent prices because rent is based on income. All apartments have emergency pull-cords, energy star refrigerators,self-cleaning electric oven/range, and central heat and air. To qualify, head of household must be 62+, income must fall within HUDvery low incomeguidelines, and applicants must be willing to verify income and undergo a rental history and background/credit check. We deduct medical expenses, including prescription drug costs, from the income when determining eligibility and computing monthly rent. The complex is brand new, so none of the units are occupied yet. We are taking applications now. My office hours are 9-3:30, closed from 12-12:30.
