Enable eligible house rent or purchase decent, safe, and sanitary housing available in the private market.Eligibility: Based on the total annual gross income and family size, limited to US citizens and specified categories of non-citizens who have eligible immigration status. Limits are subject to change. Individuals must meet both income criteria and must be 55 years old or older and/or disabled.VCHC is the Public Housing Authority for the Town of Wilton Section 8 Program. Applicants need not be in the Town of Wilton when they apply, however they must meet the one year resident requirement to move to the Town of Wilton if a voucher is issued.
