The De Vries Park Family Complex (consisting of 100 units) is located at 200 Union Street and is available to low-income individuals and families. The three senior citizen complexes, located at 375 North Main Street, 20 Rennie Place, and 15 Massey Street, consist of two-story buildings with 40 units at each complex and are available to low-income seniors and disabled individuals. HCV/Section 8 ProgramLodi Housing Authority also administers a HCV/Section 8 Program. This Program allows assistance in the private market sector of housing whereby federally funded vouchers are utilized in assisting tenants in paying their rent in the apartments where they reside.
