Statesville Housing Authority is responsible for the administration of public housing, housing assistance payments, and other related programs. SHA provides more than a physical structure for its residents. We collaborate with several public agencies and private organizations to provide a wide array of support services for residents, enabling them to become productive and self-sufficient citizens. We accept housing applications on each Tuesday from 8:30 to 3:00. Currently we accept only Public Housing Applications. The Section 8 Voucher waiting list is closed and no applications will be accepted for this program.
