The St. Mary's Community Action Agency is responsible for 15 "Head Start" centers, 2 district service centers, a housing unit plot, a JAG/Youth Development plot, a 32-unit residential development, 15 multi-apartment housing units, 7 one-apartment residential units for the elderly, a retirement home, a home improvement training laboratory, one central office plot and one extended central office plot.
