Applicants must have a head or co-head of household who is aged 62 or older. The building is owned by the Town of Orange and managed by Elderly Housing Management. There is a Property Administrator who oversees the facilities management. There is also a Social Services Programmer to assist residents with links to social services and provide social activities. We serve one meal a day at noon. We have Security Guards in the building at night, weekends and holidays when the staff is not here. We have a housekeeper and building superintendent to take care of cleaning of your apartment and common areas. We are located on a quiet section of Route 1 and nearby to shopping and other amenities.
