Opened in 1979, Mystic River Homes is a non-profit, USDA subsidized elderly housing establishment which strives to provide a pleasant, quiet, safe, and neighborly environment for very low to middle income individuals or families. In order to be considered elderly, a household must consist of at least one individual who is 62 years of age or older and/or disabled of any age. We have 4 buildings, each with an assortment of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment shares a porch with one neighbor and has its own garden.
