The community includes 24 one bedroom units with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living/dining area. There are two community rooms, a library, craft room and a community laundry room. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by the Department of Economic and Community Development. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted household income. Utilities, telephone, cable TV and air conditioning are not included in rent. Florence Lord is owned by Marlborough Association for Senior Housing and is managed by Elderly Housing Management.
