With a Voucher, families are able to choose a unit in the private rental market giving them the opportunity to seek housing in areas that will improve the life opportunities of family members. The Housing Authority administers 795 vouchers throughout the city and county of Madera Pomona Ranch Housing Center Currently, The Pomona Ranch Housing Center is a gated 50-unit complex, with 10 two bedroom, 30 three-bedroom, and 10 four-bedroom units arm Labor Housing The Farm Labor Housing program is similar to the Public Housing program.
