Senior Housing 41 apartments. Menorah Housing Foundation provides affordable housing for older adults and an excellent opportunity to become part of a vibrant, healthy community. To qualify for our affordable housing, you must meet several criteria and submit the correct paperwork when applications are available. Applicants must be 62 or older, and must receive no more than 50% of the Area Median Income. If you meet these basic requirements, then the next step is to call our information line (see below).
